Welcome to Domo Landing. By creating an account or using our service at domo.name.ng, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The service

Domo Landing provides tools to create and host simple business landing pages on subdomains (for example your-business.domo.name.ng). Features available to you depend on the package you purchase.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

3. Packages and payments

  • Paid packages give access to features and page limits described at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Paystack.
  • Package duration starts when the package is activated.
  • When a package expires, related features and publishing access may be limited until you renew or upgrade.

4. Refunds

Because Domo Landing is a digital service that can be used immediately after activation, payments are generally non-refundable once a package has been activated, except where required by law or at our sole discretion (for example, clear billing error or inability to deliver the service).

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us promptly at info@domo.name.ng.

5. Your content

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload (text, images, business details).
  • You grant us permission to host and display that content so your pages can work.
  • You must only upload content you have the right to use.
  • You must not publish illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or offensive content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Break any applicable law
  • Scam, harass, or mislead others
  • Distribute malware or attempt to hack the platform
  • Spam or send unsolicited bulk messages through our systems
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Subdomains and branding

Subdomains on domo.name.ng are provided for use with the service. We do not guarantee a specific subdomain will always remain available. Higher packages may allow additional options (such as custom domain) when that feature is enabled for your plan.

Unless your package includes “Remove branding”, pages may display a small “Powered by Domo Landing” notice.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues, or factors outside our control may cause downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domo Landing is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the package in the three (3) months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
